Here's how I usually work with clients:
Upon receipt of your down payment or payment in advance, I will begin by writing a script. It helps me to narrow down what you need.
Upon your approval of the script, I will then make an Online demo.
WHO NARRATES MY TV COMMERCIAL?
I (Jeff) do all of the narration for our Online Demos, but you can also get another narrator besides me if you want one. I do all of the voiceover work for our demos because we have to pay the other narrators every time they do a read, whether we use it or not. WHAT IF I WANT CHANGES IN MY COMMERCIAL?
I'll be glad to make the changes you want when I create the final version after you pay for the TV ad. If you request a change that raised the cost of the ad I will let your know the additional cost before making the change.
HOW DO I BUY THE COMMERCIAL?

CAN YOU HELP ME BUY TV TIME TO RUN MY NEW COMMERCIAL?
I have media buyers I work with that are GREAT negotiators. It does not cost you more to buy your time through a time buyer. The cable and TV stations give them an agency discount that they do not give you, and the time buyers take their profit from that discount. So you can benefit from their abilities and resources without spending any extra money. More about time buying
*CAN I SEND IT TO MORE THAN ONE TV STATION?
Sending the TV ad to additional stations is $24 for each additional station for a SD :30 spot. (HD pricing is higher, please call).
HOW DOES IT GET TO THEM?
I send the TV ad to stations across the country through an electronic delivery service called Extreme Reach. They provide excellent quality. Your purchase price includes sending the :30 TV ad to one TV station within the first 30 days after the TV ad is purchased.
HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE?
It usually takes about 24 hours from the time I send it.
CAN YOU JUST GIVE ME THE MASTER TV AD AND LET ME SEND IT TO TV STATIONS SO I CAN SAVE THE $24 FEE?
I can provide you with a copy of the MPEGII file we send to Extreme Reach, but most stations will only accept it directly from Extreme Reach.
DO I OWN THE TV AD AFTER I BUY IT FROM YOU?
Yes, and you can run it for as long as you want wherever you want without paying any extra residuals or fees, except for the cost mentioned above of sending it to extra TV stations.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE TV ADS? DO YOU GIVE VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
