1. Q: What if I don’t have my own pictures?
A: Then use ours. That’s the beautiful thing about our TV spots – you can
choose how much you want to customize them – and you can do it all from your
computer. You can just change the text and still have a great spot.
2. Q: How do I get these TV spots on TV – and how do I get them to the TV station?
A: You buy time on a TV station and then we can either give the spot(s) to you or send them directly to the station. First let’s talk about buying time. You can buy cable or broadcast, local or national. There are significant pricing differences between companies. You can buy your own or buy it through our media buyer, Dick Galek. He’s an expert. If you want to use his services, fill out this form.
Now, as to “How do you get the TV spot we made to the station?” - The easiest and best way is to have us send it over the Internet to them. We use a service called Fastchannel to do that. Since the spot stays in the digital realm, it comes out looking better on TV. If you would rather send it to them yourself, we can send it directly to you over the Internet. We use the industry standard MPEG2 format. It takes about 24 hours for Fastchannel to get it to them, and we don’t charge extra for that.
3. Q: Do I have to buy time through you to get the low prices you quote on your TV spots?
A: Nope. You don’t have to buy the time through us to get the low prices we offer. We also don’t restrict how long you can use the spots. There are no games, no hidden charges. We try to just keep it simple and honest.
4. Q: What format do you supply the “web version” TV spots in?
A: FLASH – flv. 360x240 pixels. Swf available upon request.
5. Q: I want it in Spanish, too. Can you do that?
A: Yes, but it’s a special order and it costs more. That’s because Spanish is not
our native language and the templates are built to time out when read in English.
In short, to get everything to come together properly, we have to do more work,

6. Q: What if I decide that I want to change the narration, the pictures or some of the text after
I order the TV spots? Do I have to pay for those changes?
A: Yes, you do. If we didn’t get the instructions right and made mistakes, we’ll
redo it for free. But if you have changed your mind after you submitted the
information, then you have to pay for the changes because we have already started
the work. How much it will cost will depend on what you change and how
complex the spot is to make. Send us this change form and we’ll get back to you
with a quote.
7. Q: How long will I have to wait to see my new TV spot?
A: 48 hours or less in most cases. If something out of the ordinary happens,
we’ll contact you.

REGARDING THE FREE DEMO:
I do free demos to give my clients confidence in my work. Although usually people really like what I do, if I don't nail it exactly as you envisioned, I'll gladly make changes if you want them for the final version I create for you.

I do all of the voiceover work for our free demos because we have to pay the other narrators every time they do a read, whether we use it or not. *CAN I SEND IT TO MORE THAN ONE TV STATION?
Sending the TV ad to additional stations is $40 for each additional station.
HOW DOES IT GET TO THEM?
I send the TV ad to stations across the country through an electronic delivery service called DGFastchannel. They provide excellent quality. Your purchase price includes sending the :30 TV ad to one TV station within the first 30 days after the TV ad is purchased.
HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE?
It usually takes about 24 hours from the time I send it.
CAN YOU JUST GIVE ME THE MASTER TV AD AND LET ME SEND IT TO TV STATIONS SO I CAN SAVE THE $40 FEE?
I can provide you with a copy of the MPEGII file we send to DGFastchannel, but most stations will only accept it directly from DGFastchannel.
DO I OWN THE TV AD AFTER I BUY IT FROM YOU?
Yes, and you can run it for as long as you want wherever you want without paying any extra residuals or fees, except for the cost mentioned above of sending it to extra TV stations.
